Registration is closed now.

 

Early registration fees (for registration until 30 June 2016) were:

• student: 300 PLN

• regular: 400 PLN

Late registration fees (for registration between 1–17 July 2016) were:

• student: 400 PLN

• regular: 600 PLN

The conference registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunch – please remember to fill in the meal preference form after the registration: http://goo.gl/forms/sJbGLjz4ZHmoeBWx2.

It was also possible to choose optional items during registration – these include:

• conference dinner on Tuesday (120 PLN) – your meal preference is set in the same form as for lunch,

• conference trip (50 or 65 PLN, depending on early/late registration),

• conference t-shirt (45 PLN) – please choose the design and size using this form: http://goo.gl/forms/Qbn3J71YBrYsiSMc2,

• poster printing service (60 PLN) – to have your poster printed locally, please send the poster project in PDF format in A0 size to headlex16-local@nlp.ipipan.waw.pl by 22 July 2016 with “poster printing service” in the subject.

It was possible to choose the amount of each optional item (e.g. for an accompanying person).

Full registration fee (including the selected extras) should be paid within 3 working days of the registration, via the PayPal link provided during the registration. Please note that a PayPal account is not required – it is possible to make a PayPal payment using a credit/debit card.
